Last week a group of students attending the high school ITC G. SOMMEILLER in Turin visited Tecnopolo di Parma – Università di Parma.
During their visit of the various research laboratories, the students also stopped by the Fashion Store of RFID Lab. Dedicated to research and development of RFID applied to the retail processes, the store is equipped with the latest RFID innovations.
RFID Lab, in collaboration with the alliance partner Murata ID Solutions, explained the technology and gave live demonstrations of RFID applied to the store processes – from receiving and inventory count to replenishment from the backroom and automated check-out.
We were thrilled to see the great curiosity and enthusiasm shown by the students. They were genuinely impressed by the huge potential offered by the technology!
